Last month I did a Course to prepare for the changes in the Workforce that are essential for Human Resources Executives to be aware of

The changes are anticipated which gives each additional requirement needed for a specific Job Funtion an important focus on the internal structure for Digital Transfornation in the Workforce.

That's why the Job Description needs to be evaluated in order to fulfill the gap in the Digital Transformation in the Company.

The Course I followed is about the calculations from KPI Metrics in the HRM department which is an essential know-how as an Human Resource Professional.

This is an essential skill in my Professional Career.

That's why I write this Blog Article based on 3 Stages that I learned about during the Course.
